A small business owner, self-motivated marketer with outstanding leadership skills and proven track record of ingenuity, Cynthia is a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing. She has done voluntary work in the Finance and Admin department at Compelling Works since March 2021. She was then given a position as an Admin, Research Assistant at Compelling Works Office based in Blantyre.

During my time at the Catholic University of Malawi, I worked with TNM as a brand ambassador, building recognition for the Telecommunication Company and connecting more students to them. I was later selected as the President of the Marketing Association and one of my great achievements during my post was collaborating with TNM in organizing a fund raiser at the Catholic University to help finance the needs for the undergraduate marketing students.

Juggling both my studies and position in the marketing association, I was voted to be the General Secretary of the Students Union in the year 2019, working with other members to improve the academic life for the students and solving political and social problems at the University. I was a Leo club member for about 4 years, working with other members on a number of projects that were aimed in helping orphans in Chiradzulu and Nguludi which involved organizing fund raisers and collecting of all sorts of donations.

I am a remarkable team player who is capable of contributing in projects to achieve profitable results and have established exceptional relationships with stakeholders through excellent communication skills. Adept in interacting with project teams at all levels, handling change and adopting to new situations.
