Alinafe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing (Hons) from the National College of Information Technology (2022-2024). She has built technical expertise in programming (HTML, PHP, C#, JavaScript), frameworks and libraries (Laravel, Bootstrap, React), databases (MySQL), and operating systems administration (Windows and Ubuntu/ Linux server administration). She is also skilled in technical writing and version control using Git.
Professionally, Alinafe is currently serving as a Junior Digital Solutions Advisor at Compelling Works (August 2025 - Present). In this role, she supports the development, implementation, and rollout of in-house digital solutions, provides ICT support to staff at Compelling Works and NESTCARE Clinic, contributes to the rollout and maintenance of the CLAPS EHR, and assists in managing ICT network infrastructure.
Previously, she worked as an IT Intern (Innovation Champion) at NICO Technologies (July 2023 – March 2024), where she led the design and development of the NICO Life KYC chatbot, conducted staff training for new systems, and contributed to the development of the Client Issue Tracker system. Earlier in her career, she served as an IT Intern at Afcor IT Solutions (August 2017 – February 2018), where she provided technical support, maintained network and system security, and offered customer support services.
Alinafe is passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges and enhance operational efficiency. She combines strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with experience in project management using agile methodologies, adaptability, ICT systems support, and the integration of innovative digital solutions in healthcare and business environments.
